请问 HN：在 IT 行业工作失去动力，需要建议

大家好，
我是一名在 IT 领域工作了近 16 年的高级软件工程师。
在 AI 编码工具普及之前，我喜欢编写代码、设计软件系统以及与利益相关者沟通。在过去两三年里，随着公司大量使用 AI 工具，我注意到大部分工作都已委托给 AI。我只是提示它工作，然后监控其输入和输出，再重新定义提示。
这种工作流程真的夺走了我编写和构建软件系统的热情和乐趣。我不知道接下来该何去何从……我的大多数朋友要么走上独立创业的道路，要么完全转行。我可以说，由于大量使用 AI，我对构建软件的热情肯定有所减退。
有人经历过这种情况吗？你们是如何应对的？你们最终转行了吗？

Hello folks,<p>I am a senior Software Engineer working in the IT field for close to 16 years.<p>Before AI coding tools became prevalent, I enjoyed writing code, architecting software systems, and speaking to the stakeholders. These past 2 - 3 years, since companies have been using AI tools heavily, I noticed most of the work has been delegated to AI. It's just prompting it to do work while I monitor its inputs and outputs, then redefining the prompts.<p>This work flow really took away my passion and joy of writing and building software systems. I don't know where I am heading next... most of my friends either move on to work on their solopreneur journey or switch careers completely. I can say my passion for building software is definitely diminished due to heavy AI usage<p>Has anyone experienced this? How do you cope with it?
