我们经营一家成功的企业，并在谷歌上发布了近15年。自从搬到全国各地后，我们在谷歌上更改了企业的地址，但该信息被标记，个人资料也被暂停，因此我们不再出现在谷歌上，客户也无法给我们评价等。
这对我们的业务产生了严重影响。
我们尝试通过申诉流程。但申诉被拒绝了——唯一给出的理由是“欺骗性内容”，没有其他信息。大概是认为我们的新地址是假的？但它并没有明确说明他们认为什么具有欺骗性，或者如何更改。系统只是让我们原地打转。

We have had a successful business running and posted on Google for almost 15 years. Since moving across the country, we changed the address of the business on Google, but it was flagged and the profile has been suspended so we no longer appear on Google, clients can't review us, etc.<p>This is having a drastic effect on our business.<p>We tried going through the appeals process. But it was rejected - the only reason given being 'Deceptive content' with no other information. Presumably it thinks our new address is fake? But no where does it explicitly say what they think is deceptive or how to change it. The system just sends us round in loops.<p>Is there any way to contact Google to get this cleared up?
