HN 提问：账号年龄为什么重要？

当一个人使用单一目的账户或傀儡账户发帖，其目的就是为了隐藏身份时，为什么总有用户攻击他们拥有新账户，好像他们本人也是最近才被创造出来的一样？
这些是机器人吗，它们的语言模型真的认为它们在和一个只有13分钟（或其他任何时间）大的“人”说话？
我的主要问题是：账户的年龄与所提出的观点有什么关系？好的观点就是好的观点。好的问题就是好的问题。
更令人抓狂的是，只要账户够老，没有人会在乎它是否匿名。
我从来不理解这一点，而且我看到这么多对话因此而跑偏，我甚至在想这是否应该成为一条规则：就像人身攻击一样，任何涉及账户年龄的论证都是一种逻辑谬误。

When a person posts from a single purpose account or a sock puppet for the precise reason of obscuring their anonymity, why does some user always attack them for having a new account as if they <i>the person</i> was also created recently?<p>Are these bots whose LLMs actually think they are talking with a person that is 13 minutes old or whatever?<p>My main question is: What does the age of the account have to do with the point being made? A good point is a good point. A good question is a good question.<p>What’s even crazier is nobody cares if the account is anonymous as long as it’s old.<p>Never understood that one, and I see so many conversations derailed by it that I wonder if it should be a rule: Like ad hominem attacks, any sort of argument involving the age of the account is a logical fallacy.
