最近，我看到许多公司开始采用带回家/项目制/岗位制评估。我认为 DSA（数据结构与算法）风格的评估可以展示一个人的计算机科学基础，但如今已不足以体现一个人的思考能力，甚至无法展示他们如何构建/设计软件。我一直在关注这个领域，并希望与对此类问题有见解的人交流。

Lately, I have been seeing many companies switch to take-home/project-based/role-based assessments. I feel like DSA-style assessments are valid to show a person's CS fundamentals but they are not enough these days to show a person's thinking ability or even how they build/design software. Been working on something in this space and wanna reach out to people who have thoughts about this kind of stuff.
