很明显，你不能给你自己的评论点踩，但今天我注意到，在一个我没有任何评论的主题中，我只能对大约 20% 的评论点踩。其余的评论都没有显示点踩按钮。我内心的阴谋论者认为，我只能对 HN 工作人员希望被点踩的内容进行点踩。

It's obvious that you can not downvote a reply to your own comments but, today I noticed, in a topic I had no comments in, I was only allowed to downvote about 20% of the comments. The rest presented to downvote button. The conspiracy voice in me thought I was only allowed to downvote things the staff at HN wanted downvoted.<p>What's the actual rule? Why were most comments off limits to downvote?
