朋友们，大家好！
**简而言之：** 贵公司在做什么？高级/资深全栈工程师的面试流程是怎样的？近一年来贵公司的面试流程发生了哪些变化？
**背景**
我过去两年左右一直在独立工作，现在正准备开始面试准备。
也就是说，我对于面试以及传统公司正在发生的事情已经完全不了解了。
这段时间我一直在进行开发、咨询、顾问等工作，所以我非常了解并且感觉自己处于许多事情的最前沿。
在我上一份工作中，我作为一名全栈工程师，正处于从高级向资深的关键阶段，最熟悉 TypeScript 生态系统，但也涉足过 Java 等领域。
我猜测，随着 Agentic Development 的兴起，一般的面试流程是否已经有所不同了？我希望是这样？
……我是否应该学习算法和树的遍历？
编码环节是否仍然存在，比如有人在一旁看着我写代码，遍历一棵树来输出线程中的嵌套评论？
我的直觉是，架构方面会受到更大的重视？

Greetings friends!<p>TLDR: What is your company doing? What is the interview process for Senior / Staff level full stack engs? What has changed over the last year or so in regards to interviews at your company?<p>Background<p>I have been working for myself for the last 2 or so years and am about to begin prep for interviewing.<p>Which is to say, I am all the way out of the loop when it comes to interviewing and what is going on in more traditional companies.<p>I've been building, consulting, advising, etc throughout this time so I am very much so in the loop and feel at the frontier of many things.<p>In my last role I was at the crux of senior -> staff as a full stack engineer, most comfortable in the TS ecosystem, but have done plenty in Java etc.<p>I am assuming that with the rise of agentic development that the general interview process is different now? I would hope so?<p>...Should I be studying algorithms and tree traversal?
Does the coding portion still exist, like writing lines of code while someone is watching me to traverse a tree to output nested comments in a thread?<p>My hunch is that there will be a bigger focus on architecture?<p>I don't know - you tell me!<p>Thanks for your time, attention and responses!
