我最近在使用 Claude 代码和 Godot 引擎进行原型开发时,觉得 AI 在游戏开发领域的应用不如视频生成创意套件那样普及,这很奇怪。虽然有 Runway 和 Higgsfield 这样的知名公司,但在游戏领域,却没有一家大公司试图利用 AI 一站式地制作游戏。我确信这并非因为无人尝试,开发者肯定早就考虑过将游戏制作自动化了。 如果非要我猜原因,我认为有几点: 1. **质量**——制作一款优秀的游戏需要极高的细节关注度,而这些细节大多与编程无关。例如,角色待机时的动画、背景角色的外观、音效设计以及巧妙的故事情节。90% 的游戏制作都是艺术。 2. **玩家的抵制**——我认为这是一个重要因素,但不是主导因素。像《Slotbound》这样的游戏,尽管是 AI 生成的,但只要质量过硬,就获得了极好的正面评价。反之,大工作室的声誉很重要,因此在采用新技术时可能会比较谨慎。 3. **行业内缺乏资金**——大多数游戏工作室并非财大气粗,因此制作游戏会是一项耗时耗力的昂贵爱好,虽然 AI 稍微降低了门槛,但仍然很困难。普通消费者既没有足够的时间,也没有足够的毅力去完成一个可能需要数月才能完成的项目。 这些只是我的猜测,但我很想听听业内人士、尝试过这个想法的人,或者有自己市场见解的风险投资家的看法。 附注:这不是我为了创业而进行的懒惰式市场调研,我只是真的很好奇。

So I was prototyping with claude code and Godot engine, and I thought it was weird that this specific category of AI isn&#x27;t as big as video gen creative suites. Like theres big names like runway and higgsfield but when it comes to video games there&#x27;s no major company trying to make a one stop shop using AI to make video games. I&#x27;m sure it isn&#x27;t because of a lack of trying, I&#x27;m sure developers thought about it as one of the first things to automate.<p>If I had to guess there&#x27;s a couple reasons:<p>1)Quality-making a good game requires extreme attention to detail all of which is non coding related. The animations on idle characters, how the background characters look, the sound design and clever story. 90% of gaming is art<p>2) backlash from players. I think this is an important factor but not the dominant factor. For reasons like games like Slotbound have had amazing positive responses despite being ai generated as long as they are high quality. On the flip side reputation does matter for major studios so adoption can be slow.<p>3)No money in the industry. Most game studios aren&#x27;t raining in money, therefore making video games would be an expensive and time consuming hobby that got slightly easier, but is still difficult. A normal prosumer simply doesn&#x27;t have the time nor dedication to make an project that is going to take months of their time<p>These are my guesses, but I would love to hear responses from people in the industry or people who have attempted this idea or VCs who have their own thesis on the market.<p>p.s. this isn&#x27;t a lazy attempt startup research, I&#x27;m seriously just curious
