十年来，我每年都在 https://www.donotcall.gov/ 注册。这样做是浪费时间吗？无论答案是与否，原因是什么？另外，有没有什么已知的资源可以加强 DNC（禁止呼叫）注册表，或者说“巩固”它，因为它显然没有得到“执行”？

I have registered, each year, with https://www.donotcall.gov/ for a decade now. Is this a waste of time, and regardless of Y/N, why? Additionally, is there any known resource for bolstering the DNC Registry, or <i>reinforcing</i> it, since it is apparently not <i>enforced</i>?
