I've designed and am currently building the devnet for a crypto payment network that is able to handle escrow, refunds, disputes with real recourse, subscription, and reconciliation on the base layer (L1). I designed it from first-principles and it is very unique, though you might recognize similar features to Nano.<p>I'm looking for someone with deep experience in L1s, cryptography, consesus, etc to be a cofounder. I'm happy to share the whitepaper after I've established you're a real person.
