SWE manager at $BIGTECH company here.<p>I am curious to know if your software team is finding any real gains outside of individual developers leveraging LLMs and coding harnesses etc.<p>Are you successfully sharing data/context between team members, creating shared workflows, reducing toil, bugs or production incidents as a result of your AI adoption?<p>Thanks for sharing any ideas.
