I anticipate a raft of answers along the lines of "AI + robots will automate everything eventually", but am more interested in areas where you think there is an inherent or structural bias against near-term AI or LLM-ification. More for my own intellectual curiosity than that I'm personally looking for business niches.<p>For reference, I am seeing this in my own work (govauctions.app). AI can search and summarize the digital surfaces (ie government auction sites), but every large-ticket item (a vehicle, a backhoe, a house) involves a physical inspection, pickup, transportation, etc.<p>You may tell me that an agent can place the bid, a robot will travel in a self-driving car to do the inspection and an automated truck will haul away the tractor I bought, but I think that this future is coming to Kansas or even California far more slowly than launching a website for your restaurant.
