我遇到了跨进程追踪设备在线状态的问题。
重连不应该将它们标记为离线，然后再标记为在线。还有其他一些扩展性问题，比如当连接从一个进程转移到另一个进程时。
所以我写了一篇简单的论文来阐述我的想法。希望大家会觉得有趣。

i was facing problem of tracking online presence of devices across processes.
