我不知道这是不是“世代大脑腐烂”，我的ADHD升级了，还是我就是单纯地非常懒。
计划：复习微积分一小时。
结果：花了三个半小时学习核潜艇是如何制造氧气的。
所以，很自然地，我没有像一个正常成年人那样培养自律，而是通过构建一个完整的应用程序来为我管理这个问题，以此来拖延。

我最初是为自己做的，但工作和其他无聊的成年人责任吞噬了我大部分的空闲时间。与其让这个项目在我的电脑上悄悄烂掉，我把它放出来，希望有人比我更聪明——或者仅仅是更不忙——能够把它变成一些真正有用的东西。
或者也许它已经对某人有用。那也挺好的。
有几点值得了解：
* 它面向“高级用户”。一些节点可能需要一点Python来定义其行为。幸运的是，我们现在生活在一个可以礼貌地请求LLM为你编写代码的世界。
该项目有文档，我计划添加一个AGENTS.md文件和面向代理的API。最终，你应该能够用简单的语言描述你想要的流程，然后让您喜欢的LLM来处理策略。
* 它运行在mitmproxy之上，所以你需要安装它，包括它的证书。
附注：UI是用Tauri构建的。自动代理配置目前仅在macOS上可用，并且我只在Apple Silicon上进行了测试。在其他平台上，你仍然可以使用它，但需要手动配置浏览器的代理设置。真正的跨平台支持仍然是待办事项。

Every time I try to learn something useful, my brain decides to launch a completely unrelated side quest.
I’m not sure whether this is generational brain rot, my ADHD leveling up, or me simply being incredibly lazy.<p>The plan: review calculus for one hour.
The outcome: spend three and a half hours learning how nuclear submarines make oxygen.<p>So, naturally, instead of developing discipline like a functional adult, I procrastinated by building an entire app to manage the problem for me.<p>It’s a customizable forward proxy where you create rules as nodes, connect them visually into policy flows, and group those flows into different modes: https://github.com/Vaccarini-Lorenzo/ProductivityProxy<p>I originally made it for myself, but work and other boring adult responsibilities have eaten most of my free time. Rather than letting the project quietly rot on my computer, I’m putting it out there in the hope that someone smarter—or simply less busy—might turn it into something genuinely good.
Or maybe it’s already useful to someone. That would also be nice.<p>A couple of things worth knowing:<p>- It’s aimed at “power users.” Some nodes may require a bit of Python to define their behavior. Fortunately, we now live in a world where you can politely ask an LLM to write it for you.
The project is documented, and I’m planning to add an AGENTS.md file and agent-friendly APIs. Eventually, you should be able to describe the flow you want in plain language and let your favorite LLM handle the policies.<p>- It runs on top of mitmproxy, so you’ll need that installed, including its certificates.<p>P.S. The UI is built with Tauri. Automatic proxy configuration currently works only on macOS, and I’ve only tested it on Apple Silicon. On other platforms, you can still use it, but you’ll need to configure your browser’s proxy settings manually. Proper cross-platform support remains firmly in TODO territory.
