Fable 5 更新后 Claude 模型是否出现故障？

Fable 5 回来了（仅限一周），但我刚刚注意到，所有的 Claude 模型在使用所有工具（搜索、获取、读取、写入）时突然都失败了。有其他人遇到过同样的问题吗？

Fable 5 is back (for a week) but I just noticed that all the Claude models suddenly are failing with all the Tools ( search, fetch, read, write). Anyone else experienced the same?
