据我观察，它分为三个层面：
第一层：个人（记忆 MCP 工具，个人 *.md 文件）
第二层：代码库（CLAUDE 或 AGENTS.md，代码库内文档）
第三层：组织级（Unblocked、Glean 或类似工具）
大多数人在第一层和第二层有很强的看法。第三层似乎投入不足。
我想知道，您认为第一层和第二层是否会让第三层变得多余，或者一个强大的第三层是否会让您停止/减少对第一层和第二层的维护？

From what I've seen it sits at three levels:<p>Layer 1: Personal (memory MCP tools, personal *.md files)
Layer 2: Repo (CLAUDE or AGENTS.md, in-repo docs)
Layer 3: Org-wide (Unblocked, Glean, or similar)<p>Most people have strong opinions on 1 and 2. Layer 3 seems underinvested.<p>Curious, do you think 1 and 2 make 3 redundant, or would a strong 3 mean you'd stop/reduce patching with 1 and 2?
