我什么都不懂，与情报隔绝，无足轻重，只是听着感觉走。如果超过一半的工业和制造业、资源开采、元素提炼、小型电动机都来自中国，那么基本上就是中国在向俄罗斯和伊朗供应物资（？）？ 中国和西方盟友现在是不是在打仗，只是没有动用所有武器而已？

If far more than half of all industry and manufacturing, resource extraction, elemental refinement, small electrical motors, then basically China is supplying the Russians and Iranians with materiel (?)? Are the Chinese and the western allies at war now, just every weapon but?
