问 HN：你的写作中使用了多少 AI？

浏览科技博客、Hacker News（HN）帖子等内容时，会发现很多内容（部分地，或者说越来越）是由人工智能生成的。读者的时间价值和内容质量问题已经被广泛讨论。我提问：
在你们这些撰写内容、活跃于 HN 社区的人当中，你们在写作过程中使用了多少 AI？
使用程度有所不同，从完全不用，到使用语法检查工具润色，再到使用 Whisprflow，甚至直接让 AI“看看我的项目，给我写一篇适合 HN 的帖子”都有。
就我个人而言，我经历了一个 180 度的转变，最初是轻微润色，然后用 AI 将草稿润色成精稿，现在又几乎不用了，目的是保持写作的原创性（我在 jakobs.dev 上写一些文章）。
作为读者，你认为你能否注意到，你又是否在意呢？

Looking at tech blogs, HN submissions, et cetera, a lot of content is (partly, increasingly?) generated by AI. The value of the reader's time and slop has been discussed at length. I ask:<p>Among you, the HN-community who writes, how much do you use AI in the process?<p>There is somewhat a spectrum from none, to grammarly-style cleanup, to whisprflow to 'look at my project, write me a HN-ready post'.<p>Personally, I've done a 180, where I started at light touchups to rough draft-to-polished back to almost none, to keep the writing my own (I do some writing at jakobs.dev).<p>As a reader, do you believe you notice, and care?
