我妻子在俄勒冈州奥尔巴尼收到了交通摄像头开出的罚单。我们不住在那里，根本不知道他们已经开始了这样的项目。
她开车非常安全，而且当时是跟着车流行驶的。如果他们拍到了她，那么很可能也拍到了几十辆（甚至几百辆）其他车辆，这简直就是个测速陷阱。
这种把红绿灯变成测速陷阱的做法令人厌恶至极，必须制止。我们想知道是否值得抗争。我们愿意支付比165美元罚单高出一个数量级的费用，让相关部门彻底难受。

My wife got a ticket issued by a traffic camera in Albany Oregon. We do not live there and had no idea they had started such a program.<p>She is a ridiculously safe driver and was flowing with traffic. If they got her, then they likely got dozens (if not hundreds) of other vehicles from this speed trap.<p>Such red-light-turned-speed-trap installations are repugnant beyond words and needs to be stopped. We would like to know whether it is worth fighting. Willing to pay an order of magnitude more than the $165 ticket to make the department completely miserable.
