内部调动到一家排名前十的财富 500 强公司的新团队。这个团队极力想被视为“AI 优先”，并且对其他团队应该做什么有很强的看法。
我被明确告知，我不能手写任何代码。必须使用 Claude，并结合一个专有的超级能力 / speckit / GSD 框架，该框架有 100 多个代理和技能文件。
所有代码审查都是由代理驱动的。没有人花时间真正理解任何东西。文档已经变成了小说般的冗长，Jira 票据也是如此。
我交付的东西我都不理解。管理层说未来不需要那么多软件工程师。
只有我一个人有这种经历吗？这就是未来的工作方式吗？

Internally transferred to a new team in a top-10 F500 company. This team is pushing incredibly hard to be seen as "AI-First" & is very opinionated about what other teams should be doing.<p>I was explicitly told I am not to write any code by hand. Claude usage is mandatory coupled with a proprietary superpowers / speckit / GSD framework with 100+ agents and skill files.<p>All code reviews are agent driven. No one takes the time to actually understand anything. Documentation has become novel length slop, as have Jira tickets.<p>I ship stuff I don't understand. Management says there won't be a need for many SWEs in the future.<p>Am I alone in experiencing this? Is this the future of work?
