Gumroad 暂停了我的账户，说是合规问题，而非欺诈，但没有给出任何实际解释。
从那以后，他们限制了我对部分控制面板的访问权限，我的提款日期一直在变动，而且账户里原有的资金仍然无法取出。我多次联系客服，但没有收到任何回复。
现在，我真的感觉我的钱被无故扣留，而且缺乏透明度，我不知道接下来该怎么办。
这里有人以前遇到过这种情况吗？在账户完全关闭之前，为了得到一个真正的答复或取回余额，最好的下一步是什么？

Gumroad suspended my account and said it was a compliance issue, not fraud, but gave me no real explanation.<p>Since then, they limited my access to parts of the dashboard, my payout date kept changing, and the money that was already there is still stuck. I contacted support many times and got no response.<p>At this point, it honestly feels like my money is being withheld without transparency, and I do not know what I should do next.<p>Has anyone here dealt with this before? What is the best next step to push for a real answer or recover the balance before the account is fully closed?
