问 HN： 面试中如何应对明显使用 AI 助手的行为

我目前的工作是面试技术候选人，我注意到在面试过程中，使用 AI 助手/覆盖软件的情况似乎相当普遍。我正在招聘的是高级发布工程师，即使是（看起来）合格的候选人，也明显在照着提示词念答案。我说“明显”是因为以下两点：
1. 我能看到他们在读。他们的眼睛来回扫视，很明显是在阅读。
2. 他们从不停顿。通常情况下，要从工程师那里得到答案，需要提出一个真正有意义的问题。而现在，我得到的都是“即时”的答案，而且这些答案都经过深思熟虑，包含了多方面的论证。
因此，我只要一发现这种情况，就会立即拒绝这些候选人。那么，大家都是怎么处理这种情况的呢？

I've been interviewing for technical candidates in my current role, and I'm seeing what I believe is a relatively high rate of AI assistants/overlays during interviews. The role I'm hiring for is a Sr. Release Engineer, and even (what appear to be) qualified candidates are showing up obviously reading from prompts. I say obviously for two reasons:<p>1. I can SEE them reading. Their eyes go back and forth, and it's clear they are reading.<p>2. They NEVER stop talking. Normally getting answers out of engineers requires a legitimate question with a sound purpose. I'm getting _immediate_ answers with well thought out, multi-point rationale.<p>So...I'm rejecting all of those candidates the instant I detect it. How are everyone else doing this?
