我开发了一款桌面应用程序，用于管理多个 AI 智能体（Claude Code、Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Gemini CLI、Windsurf、Goose、Codex）的技能/规则文件。
问题在于：每个智能体以不同的格式存储技能，且存储位置各不相同。这款应用提供统一的视图，支持在不同智能体之间复制技能，并从 GitHub 仓库安装。
