一位经验丰富的工程经理。我的简历上有大厂经历,也有两家初创公司的经验。我在 2023 年错误的时间辞职了,当时大规模裁员刚刚开始。我一直在一家初创公司工作,但资金快用完了。我一直在努力争取面试机会,但到目前为止还没有成功。
我比较擅长系统设计,但代码方面有点生疏。人工智能确实有帮助,但刷 LeetCode 又是另一场战斗。
我不知道发生了什么,但我看到的大部分都是来自 ATS 的自动拒绝。到目前为止,只有一个招聘人员说不行,因为我不符合公民身份要求。我认识的大部分人要么被裁员,要么不回复。所谓的同事友谊,真是令人失望。
我正在考虑在 LinkedIn 上联系招聘人员。但是,我想象着其他所有人都在联系他们,他们肯定已经被轰炸了。而且,让我主动联系并提出这样的要求,也让我觉得很尴尬。

Seasoned engineering manager here. I have big-tech on my resume along with two startups. I resigned in 2023 at a wrong time just when mass layoffs had started. I have been working at a startup but funds are running out. I am trying to get an interview but so far I did not have any luck.<p>I am fairly good with system design and a bit rusty with code. AI certainly helps but doing leetcode is another battle.<p>I don't know what's going on but I am seeing mostly auto-rejects from ATS. So far only one recruiter said no because I did not meet the citizenship criteria. Most people from my network are laid off or are not responding. So much for the coworker friendship.<p>I am considering reaching out to recruiters on LinkedIn. But, I imagine everyone else is reaching out and they are bombarded. It's also very awkward for me to reach out and ask for something like this.<p>So I have a question for those of you who are managers and landed a job recently. What worked for you?
