我构建理论框架,供公司作为基础知识产权进行许可——可以理解为“为四大咨询公司提供上游研发供应商”。
商业模式:一次性许可(5万欧元-30万欧元),不提供持续支持,客户将成果呈现为专有技术,而我保持隐身。
