我大约六周前从联想直接购买了我的机器，并且刚刚给他们发了一封信，威胁要采取法律行动，除非他们给我退款。原因是他们的技术人员把机器修得比原来更糟。<p>还有其他人也遭受过他们的无能吗？

I bought my machine first-hand from Lenovo 6ish weeks ago and have just sent them a letter threatening court action unless I get a refund, after their technician left it in a worse state than he found it in.<p>Has anyone else suffered through their incompetence?
