据我所知，普遍认为（但未在法庭上得到（？）验证），大型语言模型（LLM）无法被赋予版权，并且人类仅仅因为参与了LLM生成作品的过程，就不能声称拥有该作品的版权。
未来是否会出现大量在法律上属于公有领域的代码？

AFAIK it's generally assumed (but not(?) tested in court, that LLMs can't be assigned copyright, and that copyright for work generated by LLMs can't be claimed by a human just for being in the loop.<p>Is there going to be an avalanche of code that is legally in the public domain, going forward?
