我买了好多书，但大多数时候我都没什么动力去读。相反，我更喜欢在 YouTube 上看一小时的纪录片或 TED 演讲。有什么建议吗？

I have bought multiple books, but most of the time I don't find myself motivated to read them. Instead, I prefer to watch hour long documentaries/TED talks on Youtube. Are there any tips for me please?
