问 HN:2025 年的“竞争性股权”会是什么样子?

“招聘信息”帖子里,很多都给出了薪资范围,但关于股权激励,几乎都只是笼统地说“具有竞争力的股权”。
我的经验表明,即使是针对处于相似融资阶段的类似职位,不同公司对“具有竞争力的股权”的定义也可能大相径庭。
考虑到过去几年就业形势发生了很大变化,我很好奇如今“具有竞争力的股权”具体是什么样的。我特别想了解在不同融资阶段的初创公司(A轮到E轮左右:基本上是指那些仍然用“百分比”而非“现金价值”来衡量ISO股权的公司规模),以及针对不同级别的全栈软件工程师(从入门级到首席工程师)的股权激励情况。
我并不特别关注“人工智能”相关的职位,尽管我承认对此也略有好奇。

Many of the listings on the "Who is Hiring" posts give a salary range, but their equity incentives almost all just say something along the lines of "competitive equity."<p>My experience suggests that this can mean wildly different things to different companies, even for similar offers at similar stages of funding.<p>Given the jobs landscape has changed quite over the last few years, I'm curious what "competitive equity" looks like nowadays. I'm specifically curious about it in the context of startups at different stages of funding (A through ~E: basically any company size that still measures ISO equity in "percent" over "cash value"), and for various levels of full-stack software engineers (Entry-level through Principal).<p>I'm not so much looking for "AI"-specific offers, though I admit I am a bit curious.
