“招聘信息”帖子里,很多都给出了薪资范围,但关于股权激励,几乎都只是笼统地说“具有竞争力的股权”。 我的经验表明,即使是针对处于相似融资阶段的类似职位,不同公司对“具有竞争力的股权”的定义也可能大相径庭。 考虑到过去几年就业形势发生了很大变化,我很好奇如今“具有竞争力的股权”具体是什么样的。我特别想了解在不同融资阶段的初创公司(A轮到E轮左右:基本上是指那些仍然用“百分比”而非“现金价值”来衡量ISO股权的公司规模),以及针对不同级别的全栈软件工程师(从入门级到首席工程师)的股权激励情况。 我并不特别关注“人工智能”相关的职位,尽管我承认对此也略有好奇。
