就我个人而言，我已经放弃了将 PinePhone Pro 作为便携设备使用的想法，尽管我仍然好奇是否能让 uconsole + 4G 调制解调器作为一个笨重的便携设备工作。
在这些年来的实验中（大约从 2014 年开始），我一直在各种翻盖手机之间切换，最初是因为新机型开始更好地支持彩信消息，后来则是因为 3G 开始逐步淘汰。

If you've managed to do it, what have you learned?<p>I've personally given up on the pinephone pro as a portable device, though I'm still curious if I can make the uconsole + 4G modem work as a clunky portable.<p>In the intervening years of experimentation (since ~2014) I have been hopping from flip-phone to flip-phone, first as newer models began to gain better support for MMS messages, then more recently when 3G began to phase out.<p>The best thing for me personally seems to be to just avoid the whole smartphone lifestyle altogether. Is that the only way, or are there still niches of possibility with linux phones?
