GitHub 实现了全面自动化，现在根本找不到真人来帮忙删除我的账户。
1. 进入账户设置后，你会看到一个被禁用的“删除我的账户”按钮，并提示你提交工单。
2. 如果我访问 https://support.github.com/request，他们会自动将我重定向到“账户恢复请求”。我猜他们是为了提高用户体验，但现在我却要填写一个关于恢复账户的表格。
3. 更令人恼火的是，这个表格里有一行写着“如果您请求的账户支持与 GitHub 对您的账户施加的限制无关，请提交支持工单”。看来设计这个表格的人根本不知道强制重定向这回事。
4. 我无法提交任何工单。它显示“您的工单已创建”，但之后工单列表中什么也没有。
5. 你也可以给 dpo@github.com 发邮件，请求删除你的账户。但你收到的会是一封自动回复，告诉你使用工单系统。

Github automated everything and it's impossible to find a real human and ask him to delete my account<p>1. If you go to account settings you are greeted with a disabled "delete my account button" and suggestion to create a ticket<p>2. If I go to https://support.github.com/request , they automatically redirect me to "Account Reinstatement Request". I guess they made it for usability but now I have to fill out a form about reinstating my account.<p>2.1. To add insult to injury, this form has a line "If you are requesting support for your account not related to moderation limits made on your account by GitHub please raise a support ticket instead". So the person designing this form was not aware of the forced redirect<p>3. I cannot create any ticket. It says "your ticket is created" but there's nothing in the list of tickets afterwards<p>4. You can also write an email to dpo@github.com and request your account deletion. But you will be greeted by an automated reply telling you to use the ticketing system.
