我过去几年一直在运营一个副业SaaS,预计在未来一年内将达到接近六位数的收入。我所处的领域比较小众,因此进一步增长的可能性不大。我每周大概需要投入10小时的时间(周末)。我目前有一份全职工作,担任技术高管,年收入也接近六位数,并且在未来五年内有望达到七位数。我通常喜欢工作,并且不打算停下来,也比较擅长避免倦怠。
我想问问那些成功打造副业的人。当你的业务开始产生更多可观的收入时,你做了什么?我理解一般的选择(提取现金、出售、再投资),但希望听到一些个人经历,给我一些启发。

I have been running a side-hustle SaaS for the last several years that is finally going to reach mid 6 figures over the next year. I am in a niche so further growth is unlikely. My time commitment is probably 10h a week (weekends). I do have a full-time career as a tech exec with mid 6 figures as well and maybe on the path to low 7 in the next 5 years. I generally love to work and don't plan to stop, I am pretty good at avoiding burn out.<p>I do have a question for those who build a successful side hustles. Once your business started to generate a more serious money what did you do ? I do understand the general options (take cash, sell, reinvest) but looking for people stories to give me some food for thought.
