我在这里待了许多年，时不时会觉得，自己一直被喂着“炒作”和转瞬即逝的信息碎片，后来发现这些东西基本没什么用。而且，尽管评论很有启发性（尤其是在 Lisp 相关的讨论中！），但实际上并没有教会我任何我原本不知道的东西。
社交媒体/新闻网站就该是这样的吗？我感觉自己在浪费时间，总的来说是在为它们做贡献（尤其是 Hacker News）。

I've been dwelling here for many years and every now and then I get this feeling that I've been fed "hypes" and ephemeral chunks of information that later turned out to be pretty useless. And the comments, despite enlightening (esp. in Lisp threads!), have not really taught me anything I didn't already know.<p>Is this how social media/news websites are supposed to be? I feel like I'm wasting my time contributing to them in general (and HN in particular).
