I’m an indie developer who got really frustrated because my app was being pirated everywhere. Every time I found a copy online, I wasted hours trying to figure out:<p>Who’s actually hosting the site?<p>Where do I send the DMCA request?<p>How do I make sure it actually gets seen?<p>It got so bad that I built my own tool to solve the problem. You just paste the link to the pirated content (apps, software, media, whatever) and it instantly finds the ISP that’s hosting it. Then it gives you either the DMCA report form or the abuse email address for that host.<p>No more digging through WHOIS or sending emails into the void.
