过去一年，我们观察到编码助手（Coding Agents）的激增。它们比以往任何时候都更受欢迎。
我正在学习 IT，并想进入这个行业。我和一个同学一起观察到，现在很难获得面试机会，而且似乎初级工程师的职位空缺也很多。我感兴趣的是初级 Linux 管理员，而我的同学则对初级数据工程师感兴趣。
我从行业外的朋友那里听说，根据他们在 IT 行业内的人所说，一些公司已经停止招聘初级职位。他们认为直接使用大语言模型（LLM）更好。这与市场上发布的初级职位数量减少的情况相符。

也许我错了，市场饱和已经导致大多数职位“地下化”，人们通过他们的关系网被聘用，而职位从未被公开招聘。这也有可能仅仅是因为我只在特隆赫姆找工作，这座城市实际上并不大（15 万人口，但由于该国最大的技术大学坐落于此，技术市场相当可观）。

In the past year we could observer Coding Agents proliferation. They are more popular than ever.<p>I'm studying IT and want to enter the market. Along with a friend from school we observed that it's very difficult to land a job interview and that there seem to be quite a few openings for Junior Engs. My case would be junior Linux admins, for my friend - junior data engineers.<p>I hear from many friends outside the industry, that according to people they know in IT, some companies have stopped hiring juniors. It's just better to use an LLM instead. This would correspond with the reduced amount of junior positions advertised on the market.<p>Can you share your experiences? Does your company still hire juniors? What do your friends in the industry say?<p>Maybe I'm wrong and the market oversaturation has pushed most of positions "underground", where people get hired through their network, and the position is never advertised. It might also be due to me only looking in Trondheim, which is not really that big of a city (150k, but considerable technical market due to the biggest technical university in the country being located here).<p>Previously asked (2024): https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=40905701
