我目前的一天大致是这样的:
* 8:00~9:00 – 准备上班
* 9:00–13:00 – 工作
* 13:00–14:00 – 午餐 + 刷YouTube
* 14:00–18:00 – 工作
* 18:00–20:00 – 休息 + 晚餐 + 刷YouTube
* 20:00~1:00 – 刷YouTube、打游戏、偶尔参加活动、做个人项目或者运动。最近我发现这段时间的屏幕使用时间大大增加了,而且我变得很懒,不想做任何有意义的事情——基本上就是无脑刷手机或者看视频。

Lately, I’ve noticed my screen time during this period has increased a lot, and I’ve been feeling lazy to do anything productive—mostly just doomscrolling or watching videos<p>What’s your routine like? How do you manage your time, maintain social connections, avoid digital distractions, and stay on track with your goals and learning?
