我用 Claude Code 已经有几个星期了，如果使用量很大，账单就会变得相当高。那么，什么时候从按 API 调用付费切换到订阅模式，或者反过来，会更划算呢？有没有人算过这笔账，或者分享过关于临界点的报告？

I’ve been using Claude Code for a couple of weeks now, and on heavy use days the bill can get pretty steep. At what point does it make more sense to switch from paying per API call to a subscription or vice versa? Any of you done the math or can share any report where the tipping point lies?
