正如标题所示，除了通过 GitHub、邮件列表等方式直接搜索此类项目之外，我想知道还有哪些方法可以找到这些信息。
例如，我希望能够获得一个列表，我可以根据技术栈或领域（UI、密码学……）进行筛选。

As the title suggests, I’d like to know what are the methods for finding out this information, apart from explicitly searching such projects via GH, mailing lists etc.
E.g. would like to have a list, which I could filter by tech stack or area (UI, cryptography…)
