When you’re watching a YouTube video and decide to save it to a playlist, you have to scan for the playlist folder you want to save to. It’s very inconvenient if you have many folders because they can’t be sorted alphabetically during the Save To moment. Over time you have this collection of unordered names. Yes, you can sort it in YouTube Studio but still manually one by one. I’m sure Google can build a sort function but is there some dark pattern design why they choose not to?
