Instagram 账号因“冒充他人”被停用，有什么建议吗？

我的 Instagram 账号因涉嫌冒充他人而被停用，但我什么都没做错，申诉也失败了。我提交了附带我本人面部视频的申诉，但几个小时后被拒绝了，而且不让我再次申诉，还说我的所有数据都将被删除。我的账号已经用了好几年了。有人有什么建议吗？

My Instagram account was disabled for alleged impersonation but I didn't do anything wrong, and my appeal failed as well. I filed appeal with taking the video of my face but it got denied after a few hours and won't let me re-appeal and says all my data will be deleted. My account is several years old. Anyone have advice?
