Hi all,<p>Just a heads up , Claude/Anthropic & the Stripe billing they use appear to be working on different timezones. My Max 20x account expired 4 hours earlier than anticipated; Anthropic told me Aug 9th via email upon cancellation -- but it actually expired Aug 8th at 8PM PST 4 hours before the turn of the new day.<p>My assumption is that their billing group rolls over based on EST, but no confirmation yet.<p>I tried emailing them but now with a free account and 24hrs post with no reply I anticipate no reply, and i'm not sure what they could even do to help.<p>Pretty frustrating to get shorted promised time on such an expensive subscription, so I wanted to warn others in advance.
