我和我兄弟在 8 月 25 日星期五去了惠蒂尔。天啊，那真是个让人沮丧的地方。我可受不了。你只能通过隧道、飞机或船才能到达那里。除了四处走走、买点吃的，然后离开，那里没什么可做的。我可能会因为那里是北美最潮湿的地方（我读到的）而变得很沮丧。

My brother and I visited Whittier Friday 8/2/25. Boy,what a depressing place to live. I couldn't. You can only get there thru the tunnel, by air or boat. Not much to do there except walk around, buy some food, then leave.I would get too depressed being it's the wettest place in N.America (from what I read).
