I built an app for myself to apply for jobs and I got an offer. Later I turned it into a desktop app with a $10 subscription per month. Current I got around 300 users and 8% of them paid. If including churned ones that is 10%, which is expected since these users have found a job.<p>Currently, this is purely organic.
