KeePassXC 的双因素身份验证突然在所有地方都失效

我可以加载并打开 KeePass 数据库，也能在网站上正确插入昵称和密码，但当我进行下一步，插入从 KeePass 复制的 TOTP 时，就会失败。
我读到这可能是由于时区问题引起的，但我的电脑显示的时间是正确的。
需要提到的是，今天 Windows 以 UEFI 模式启动，但在我插入 Windows USB 启动盘后就修复了（没有做其他任何操作）。现在启动正常。
那么，KeePass 数据库可能损坏了吗？但如果是这样，为什么我可以在 KeePassXC 中打开并浏览它呢？
而且，这很可能也不是其他服务器的问题，因为我在所有尝试登录的网站上都遇到了这个问题。
有人知道这是怎么回事吗？

I can load and open the KeePass database, I can correctly insert the nickname and the password on websites, but when I come to the next step, and insert the TOTP which I copy from KeePass, then it fails.<p>I have read that this may be due to time zone issues, but my computer shows the correct time.<p>I should mention that today windows started in UEFI mode, but this was fixed after I inserted the Windows USB stick (did not have to do anything else). It now starts normal<p>So, is the KeePass Database corrupt, maybe? But then, why can I open and browse it in KeePassXC?<p>It is very probably also not the other server, as the issue is on all sites where I tried to log in.<p>Does anyone have an idea what this is?<p>Sorry for asking here, this is one of the few sites where I have not set up 2FA XD<p>Addition: The health check in KeePass says everything is healthy.
