过去18个月里，我一直在积极找工作，但一直没有找到。我申请了很多职位，既有直接申请的，也有偶尔通过招聘人员申请的。所有这些职位都与我现有的技能非常匹配（使用Java、React或Angular的Web应用程序、微服务、k8s、分布式消息传递、ETL等），但都没有收到回复。
我注册了各种求职网站（Indeed、ZipRecruiter、Jobboutique、jobhire.ai等），但收到的只是误导性的“X对您感兴趣！”的垃圾邮件。我不确定他们从哪里获取数据，但质量似乎很差。我现在只选择直接申请，或者偶尔通过LinkedIn申请。
不久前，如果我在LinkedIn上显示有空，一周内就会有10个招聘人员给我提供职位。现在却变成了这样。我不怕更努力地找工作，但现在我甚至连一个埋头苦干的普通公司职位都得不到面试机会，更不用说更有趣的工作了。

I've been actively looking for a job for the last 18 months, and having no luck. I've applied for many roles, both directly and, occasionally, through recruiters. All of these roles were very close to my existing skillset (webapps with Java, React or Angular, microservices, k8s, distributed messaging, ETL, etc), but recieved no response.<p>I've signed up for various job boards (indeed, ziprecruiter, jobboutique, jobhire.ai, etc) and I only get misleading "X is interested in you!" spam email from them. I'm not sure where or how they get their data, but it seems very low quality. I've taken to only applying directly or, on occasion, through LinkedIn.<p>Not that long ago I would have 10 recruiters with offers in a week of showing availability on LinkedIn. Now this. I'm not averse to working harder to find a role, but now I can't even get an interview for a heads-down corporate job, let alone anything more interesting.<p>Any help or advice appreciated.
