OpenAI 会在您几个月未使用 API 的情况下清零余额吗？我之前通过信用卡充值了一些余额，几个月没用。昨天我去看了一下，余额显示为 0.0 美元。我 100% 确定我没有用完。<p>再说一次，这并非免费额度，我非常确定免费额度是有有效期的，但这笔钱是我用信用卡支付的，所以不清楚是怎么回事。<p>如果真是这样，就说不通了。有没有其他人遇到过这种情况，还是只是我这边出了问题？我很乐意相信 OpenAI。

Does OpenAI wipe out API balance if you're not using for a few month(s)? I had some balance of actual money paid via credit card that I had not used for few months. I went yesterday and the balance was showing as $0.0 . I'm 100% sure I did not use it up.<p>Again, this was not free credits which I'm totally sure has an expiry, but this was paid by me via my credit card, so not sure what gives.<p>If so, this does not make sense. Has anyone else noticed this or was it some sort of anomaly at my end. Happy to give OpenAI benefit of doubt.
