二手服务器市场活跃吗？
最近人工智能/高性能计算（AI/HPC）硬件领域动作频频，我不禁好奇，那些资金雄厚的公司升级换代后，上一代服务器的最终归宿在哪里。我很有兴趣购置一台配备了GPU的机器，其显存（VRAM）足以满足本地微调、训练和批量推理的需求。虽然我可以组装一台配备当前或上一代GPU的工作站，但看起来，二手专业机架式服务器的性价比可能更高。

Is there an active market for used servers?<p>With so much happening on the AI/HPC hardware front lately, I wonder where the prior-generation servers end up once well-funded companies upgrade. I'm interested in acquiring a GPU-laden machine with enough VRAM for local fine tuning, training, and batch inference. I could build a workstation with current or older-gen GPUs, but it seems like a used professionally built rack-mount machine could be higher value.
