I've been scouring the web for and old article that was posted on HN awhile back.<p>My problem is I don't remember the title exactly.<p>It was something to the effect of "What I've learned in 25 years as a software engineer", but the number could be different and it could also just be engineer.<p>One thing I remember distinctly, is that it had a section about the importance of "how groups makes decisions" - but that is about as far as my memory of the contents goes.<p>It looked like it was on someone's personal website, minimal styling and such. No major blogging platform.<p>If this rings a bell for anyone, your help is much appreciated.
